Steps

First wash green chillies and cut on center to make two parts.

Add a bowl and add besan, salt, red chilli powder and garam masala, turmeric powder. Mix it well.

Add water and make a poring consistency better. Then add green chillies.

Heat oil to make hot enough add baking soda in better and mix well.
- 5
Now fry all the chillies one by one deep in besan better and fry it until golden brown.

Enjoy with tomato sauce and your favourite chutney.
