Heat oil, add green chilli and ginger garlic paste. Add spinach to it. Cook till spinach shrinks.

Blend it into a fine paste. Remove in a bowl. Add all the ingredients of cutlets and mix well. Add more bread crumbs if required. It should be soft but should form a dough.

Mix all the ingredients of cornflour slurry. Make a thin paste.

Make cutlets of the dough, dip it in cornflour slurry and roll them in bread crumbs. Prepare all the cutlets and refrigerate for 10mins.

Deep fry them till golden brown and remove them on kitchen towel.

Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
