Ingredients

  1. 8-10boiled potatoes
  2. 2 tbscorn flour
  3. To tasteSalt and red chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  5. 1 tspGaram masala
  6. as neededOil for fry

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl and mash the potatoes

  2. 2

    Put the salt,red chilli powder, garam masala, black pepper powder and mix it

  3. 3

    Put the corn flour and make it like dough

  4. 4

    Make the small balls and press it lightly

  5. 5

    Take a pan and heat the oil

  6. 6

    Fry the small balls in the pan till the brown

  7. 7

    Serve the hot tikki with the ketchup
