Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken half kg strips
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 2 tspCrushed red chillies
  • 2 tspCrushed zeera
  • 1Egg
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp heaped
  • 3 tbspCornflour
  • 1 tbspVinegar
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Sauce:
  • 4 tbspMayo
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp heaped
  • 1 tbspHoney

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with all the above ingredients except for cornflour.

  2. 2

    Just before frying add in cornflour n mix it very well.

  3. 3

    Deep fry in hot oil till golden n crispy.

  4. 4

    Serve with salad leaves n sauce.

  5. 5

    For sauce in a bowl mix mayo, mustard paste and honey.
