Ingredients

  1. 2 cuprice (soaked)
  2. 3/4 cupurad dal
  3. 2 tspmethi
  4. as needed water
  5. to tastesalt
  6. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the rice,methi & urad dal seperately for 4-5 hours.

    After grind it in wet grinder one by one so that it become fluffy.

    Keeo overnight for fermentation.

  4. 4

    Take a bowl add dosa batter and add some water with salt & keep aside.

  5. 5

    Now take a non stick fry pan and put 1 tsp dosa batter and spread dosa batter round.

  6. 6

    Add ghee turn upside down.

  7. 7

    Dosa is ready and serve with sambhar and ketchup.
