Steps

Take a cup of besan in a bowl add salt, ajwain and water to it.

Whisk it to make a smooth batter,put a pinch of turmeric in and mix again.

Now take Palak leaves,soak and coat them completely with the besan mix and put them to fry in a pan.

Put the deep fried, crisp Palak leaves on a plate and pour some curd all over them.

Take all the spices and Chutneys and start garnishing the dish with them.

Now garnish with onion, tomato, boondi, pomegranate and a bit of sev
- 7
Palak patta chaat is ready for serve.
