Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1/2 tspajwain
  4. 2 cupswater
  5. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  6. 7-8Palak leaves
  7. 4 Tbspcurd
  8. 1 pinchblack salt
  9. 1 pinchjeera powder
  10. 1 pinchred chilli powder
  11. 2 tspchopped onion
  12. 2 tspchopped tomato
  13. 1green chilli
  14. 2 tspimli chutney
  15. 2 tspmint chutney
  16. 1 tspboondi
  17. 1 tsppomegranate
  18. 1 tspsev

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a cup of besan in a bowl add salt, ajwain and water to it.

  2. 2

    Whisk it to make a smooth batter,put a pinch of turmeric in and mix again.

  3. 3

    Now take Palak leaves,soak and coat them completely with the besan mix and put them to fry in a pan.

  4. 4

    Put the deep fried, crisp Palak leaves on a plate and pour some curd all over them.

  5. 5

    Take all the spices and Chutneys and start garnishing the dish with them.

  6. 6

    Now garnish with onion, tomato, boondi, pomegranate and a bit of sev

  7. 7

    Palak patta chaat is ready for serve.
