Soak Channas overnight.
Boil in enough water next day. They should be cooked properly but not mushy. Add salt before boiling - 2
In a large bowl, transfer the channas and coat with all masala

Place them in the airfryer at 160 deg for 10 mins.

Shake the airfryer basket after 10 mins and again put them at 180 deg for 10-15 mins or till done.

All the masala will get coated well. Enjoy guit free dry chana snacks with your tea at 5pm
