Collect all ingredients

First wash bitter guard peel and cut in small pieces. Take off seeds.add 1 tbs salt.Wash it.dry it with cloth.

Wash meat and add spices, onion half,garlic and tomatoes. All things add in pressure cooker add 2 cup water and close it with lid.after 30 mins open then meat is ready.

Add half oil and fry it when it dry off flame meat is ready.

And other pan add bitter guard. Add oil and fry it.till when it light brown now add on in and tomato. Fry it 10 mins now it mix with meat and cook to gather for 5 mins dish is ready.serve with chapaties.
