For the FILLING wash your fish with lime or vinegar,boil the fish with ur Ginger powder.after that you debone the fish.chop or grate your Onion and scotch bonnet fry with little amount of oil,add in ur fish and stir fry,add your seasoning cubes and all necessary spices. your seasoning and spices must be moderate

For the DOUGH,Sieve your flour add in ur salt,add ur seasoning cubes,add in your oil and mix,add your yeast Which you've already proofed in warm water mix the dough till soft.cover with a Kitchen cloth,keep in a warm place and allow to rise for an hour.the consistency of the dough should be like that of doughnuts

After the dough must have risen.deflate cut into moderate sizes.use ur Rolling pin to roll each of them.add in ur filling,cover and cut the excess dough mould it into round shape.Arrange on a tray allw to rise again.dip the balls in egg, then you dip in ur seasoned breadcrumbs and finally you fry.

Note:deep fry but on low heat
