Ingredients

  1. 1.Mutton 1 kg
  2. 2.rice 750 gm
  3. 3.almondos 100 gm. Soak and peel them
  4. 4.raisins 100 gm
  5. 5.carrots 150 gm sliced cut
  6. 6.salt as per taste
  7. 7.onion 1 large size
  8. 8.garlic paste 1 table spoon
  9. 9.all spice powder 1 table spoon
  10. 10. cardamom powder half tea spoon
  11. 11.sugar 2 table spoon

Cooking Instructions

    First of all soak the rice.

    Boil the mutton with 7 glass of water.

  3. 3

    Take a small pan add sugar when it melted add carrots, almonds, and raisins and fry the 4 to 5 minutes.

    Take a big pan. Fry the onion then add garlic paste, when it become light golden add all spice powder and cardamom powder. Then add mutton stock when it boils add the rice. When the water is dry add dry fruit and carrots and steam it for 10 minutes. Then qabli pulao is ready.
