1onion (medium)
3 clovesgarlic
1/2Red Bell paper (soak in warm water for 5 minutes)
2habanero
1/2tomato (sliced)
1/2 tsppalm sugar
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tspfish oil
Vegetable oil for sautee

Blend onion, garlic, red bell paper, habanero and then sautee with vegetable oil

Add fish oil, salt and palm sugar in to the sautee mix

Add in tomato sliced to the sautee mix until is cook.
