Soak the bread in water. Squeeze the water out. Crumble the bread up. Discard the water.

Mix all the ingredients together except the oil.

Form the meat mixture into golf sized balls. Press them a bit. Making patties.

Fry in hot oil about 5 minutes per side, according to how thick they are, till done.
