Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 2 cupsmixed chopped veggies
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  5. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1/2 tspchat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients. I've used onion, capsicum, carrot and sweet corn.

  2. 2

    Using very little water, make thick batter.

  3. 3

    Heat oil and drop pakodas. Deep fry till golden brown.

  4. 4

    Serve hot.
