This is a nice recipe for an alcoholic homemade summer party drink. It was very popular here in the '90ies and makes me remember my late teenage days. Today I no longer serve it as a shot but have it after dinner chilled on ice.
This is also a good way to use up close to overripe or not so pretty strawberries and make them holeproof up to a week. Cheers!

Wash, drain and cut of the leaves of the strawberries and cut the strawberries into small pieces. Sterilise the bottles with boiling water (10 min at least).

Purée the strawberries super fine in a food processor or using an immersion blender. Add confectioner's sugar, mix again. Add lemon juice, mix again.

Add vodka, mix again. Have a taste and adjust lemon juice or sugar to taste.

Fill immediately in the super clean bottles and store in the refrigerator. Kept in the fridge it is good for a week.
