First of all boil this chawmin in a big pan, with half spoon of salt and oil.

After 10 minutes of boiling switch off the gas flame, sieve it than wash into cold water than keep a side.

Then chopped all given vegetables.

Than take a deep kadhai, put on a gas stove at lower medium flame, put oil here when heated put all chopped vegetables and cook for five minutes, adding garam masala, chawmin masala, red chilli powder, soya sauce, tomato sauce then mix well.

After than put boil chawmin here than add salt here. Mix well than switch off the gas flame.

Then take a pan, put one and half table spoon of oil, fried all eggs.

Then grated half carrot, after than start to garnish, take a plate, put cooked chawmin, garnish with chopped chopped carrots, boiled egg, fried sabudana papad, chopped coriander leaves and some grated carrots with tomato sauce. Make tomato skin rose put in a middle.

So, in this way fried egg Chawmin is ready to serve.
