250 gmbhindi
3big onions chopped
3green chilles chopped
to tasteSalt
1 tspRed chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tspLemon juice
2 tblspOil

Chop into small pieces and keep aside. Chop onions and green chilles

Heat oil in a pan and saute onions. Add chilies, spices, Bhindi and lemon juice. Mix all.Cook uncovered. Keep on stirring occasionally till done.

Serve with chapatti or Parantha
