Stir Fried Pork, Shimeji Mushrooms and King Oyster Mushrooms with Oyster Sauce Stir Fried Pork, Shimeji Mushrooms and King Oyster Mushrooms with Oyster Sauce
This is a variation on my recipe Nagaimo Yam and Pork Stir Fry. Chopped pork tends to get tough if you stir fry it, so I treated it in a certain way to make it as tender as possible. Make it hearty with a boost of inexpensive mushrooms!Serve it to small children without the black pepper. If there are burned bits in the pan after taking out the meat (Step 4), wipe with a paper towel before proceeding. If you simmer it for too long at Step 6, the meat will get tough so be careful. For 2 servings. Recipe by Iku.. cookpad.japan -
Stir-fried Beef with Fresh Bamboo Shoots Stir-fried Beef with Fresh Bamboo Shoots
I didn't use to like fresh bamboo shoots because they often reminded me of their unpleasant and sour smell. Since my grandmother gave me a tip on removing their bad odour, stir-fried beef with fresh bamboo shoots has not been a bad choice to help me cook family meals. It's not only simple to cook but also tasty and everyone likes it. (contributed by Do Huong Ly) cookpad vietnam -

Beef and Maitake Mushroom Stir Fry with Butter Soy Sauce Beef and Maitake Mushroom Stir Fry with Butter Soy Sauce
When I was a newlywed, I bought some shabu-shabu beef at a neighborhood supermarket, and stir-fried it with maitake mushrooms in butter, and my husband loved it.It's delicious without having to use expensive meat!Shabu-shabu beef cooks up the tenderest. If you cook it too long it will become tough, so stir fry briefly with the maitake mushrooms. You don't need to use expensive beef. Very thinly sliced shabu-shabu beef is fine. For 4 servings.
