Slice meat against the grain. Marinate in soy sauce, hoisin and chopped garlic.

Slice up veggies

Heat up water. Put noodles in boiling water for 10 min. Break noodles up as they cook.

Heat up wok and place vegetables gradually (High heat). Remove from wok when cooked

Add more oil to wok and then meat. Cook half at a time.
