Ingredients

4 servings

1.5 tspsalt
1 tspthyme
1 tspdark brown sugar
1/2 tsppaprika
1/2 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tspchili powder
1/4 tspground allspice
20 ozlean pork tenderloin, butterflied

Mix spices in small bowl

Evenly coat pork with spice mixture, cover and refrigerate for 8-24hours

Preheat Grill on Medium Heat

Grill Pork for about 3 minutes on each side, or until 145 F. Let rest 3 minutes

All of the descriptions on my recipes include the new "Smartpoints" value on Weight Watchers for each serving. Some are duplicates from others that I found online, with modifications to reduce the number of points or remove/substitute ingredients my husband and/or I don't like.I'm still new to the kitchen and cooking for two (normally I make recipes for 4 and pack the leftovers for lunch the next day) and am looking to learn more.
