Steps

Soak wooden skewers in water for 20min.

Cut chicken into even size cubes.
Thread onto skewers. - 3
Mix marinade with remaining ingredients (long life fresh cream, coriander powder, cumin powder, ground green chillies, garlic paste, salt, white pepper, garum masala powder and lemon juice).
Place skewers in a container and pour marinade over.
Seal and leave for 3 hours. - 4
Cook on hot coals till done.
Keep basting chicken whilst cooking.
