Crush the biscuits in a ziplock bag and set aside

Add powdered milk, cocoa powder, dessicated coconut and mix all (you can add 2 tbspn sugar if you want it sugary)

Add butter, condensed milk, and chocolate syrup, then mix with a spoon and later put your hand to mix it properly

Mix well until well combined, then put on a working surface and knead, cut into small balls and then flatten the balls with your hand ✋

Put each cookie in dessicated coconut and arrange on a baking tray wit baking paper on the tray,press chocolate chip on the center of each cookie

Bake for 10 mins under medium heat. Remove from the oven, drizzle chocolate syrup and enjoy 😋
