1 glass
  • 1 cupkale (about 30 grams)
  • 1/2each of an apple, pear, banana, and orange
  • 1small piece of ginger, a bit of orange peel, lemon, and carrot
  • A fewalmonds and chia seeds
  • 1 cupsoy milk (about 240 ml)

    Use half of each fruit. Wash and chop the ginger and kale, then add them to a blender. Pour in 1 cup of soy milk and blend until smooth. Enjoy your nutritious smoothie.
