Steps

Combine all the ingredients and make a soft dough.apply oil at last,cover it and keep aside for atleast four hours.(as long as u leave,parotta will be soft)

After four hours take small amount of dough apply oil and spread it by rolling it thin.

Fold it flip flap and then make a circle and keep aside.make all the dough like this.

Now again add little oil and place the circle dough and roll it.

Keep a pan add the parotta apply ghee and cook well on both the sides
