Mix everything in a bowl n beat with a beater till all incorporated.

Then strain it with a big steel strainer to get smooth batter.

In a saucepan melt sugar till golden n pour it into a greased mould n let it set for few minutes.

Pour the egg mixture over it and bake it by water bath method (place water in a dish n over it put your mould n bake).

It will be baked at 180 degree for 45 mins.

Cool the pudding completely n then chill in fridge overnight.
