Ingredients

  • 4eggs
  • 3big onions chopped
  • 4 slicesgarlic chopped
  • 2 table spoonmustard oil
  • 1/2 table spoonred chilli paste
  • 1/2 table spoonturmaric powder
  • 1/2 table spoonjeera powder
  • 4green chillis
  • 1/2 table spoongaram masala
  • 1 table spoonghee
  • 1/2 table spoonkashmiri chilli powder
  • 4-5 cubessugar
  • 1 cupwater
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the 4 eggs in water for about 10 to 12 mins then remove the egg shells and kerp them aside

    Now fry the eggs in a pan with sufficient amount of oil

    After frying them add some oil in the fan...then on heating add 3 bigs chopped onions then some chopped garlic in it...fry it properly add all the masalas one by one mentioned above in the ingrident section...add 1 cup of water then add the frying eggs in it

    Towards the end add ghee and garam masala and garnish with green chillis
