Allow fish to be under room temperature if bough frozen, remove internals, scale and score with zig zag or striaght lines on the skin

This is by far the best spice for me, season the fish with this and drizille with oil and a bit of lemon zest, put onions on the side and bake at 190°C for 30 minutes

The ready to serve, serve with a side sauce
