Steps

Take a pan pour the oil and saute the chicken lightly. Sprinkle some salt and red mirch powder.

Fry the chicken till it turns golden in colour. Keep it aside and in the same oil add cinnamon sticks for aroma followed by onion, tomato, and ginger & garlic paste. Saute well to remove the raw flavour. Add salt.Turn the gas off and keep it aside to let it cool down.

Take a grinder and grind the mixture well so that there is no lumps. Heat the pan again pour butter and little oil and the red mirch powder in the oil to get the colour. Then pour the mixture into it. Saute well and add fried chicken into it when you will see the oil is getting separated.

Add heavy whipping cream into it. Add sugar salt as per to the taste and sprinkle some kasuri methi if you like. Voila it's ready to serve. Goes with rice, roti, parathas. I used this cream.
