Ingredients

  • 1 kgPalin flour
  • 125 gbutter
  • 200 gsugar
  • 1 sachetor a medium seed of Nut meg
  • Pinchsalt
  • 75 gmilk mix with a cup of water
  • 400 mlwater
  • Oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak your sugar inside the milk mixture for like 15mins to let the sugar dissolved

  2. 2

    Measure all your ingredients and put in a wide bowl

  3. 3

    Add in the butter and use your hand to rub it on the flour till incorporated then gently add the milk mixture with Sugar follow by the water till smooth the transfer to a work place

  4. 4

    Knead the dough the use rolling pin to flatten it to square shape

  5. 5

    Make use of a pizza cutter to shape square shape out remove the excess

  6. 6

    Roll, cut and fry

  7. 7

    Allow the chin chin to cool down then out in a tight air container.
