Ingredients

  1. 500 gbeef oxtail
  2. 1large onion
  3. 3tomatoes,small cube cut
  4. 1carrot grated
  5. 1hoho
  6. Dashblack pepper
  7. 2knorr beef cubes
  8. 1 tspginger& garlic paste
  9. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil oxtail,with ginger garlic,& salt

  2. 2

    Fry onions,till golden brown add hoho,black pepper & mix.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes, grated tomatoes

  4. 4

    Add oxtail & mix well,add lil water & let it Cook for a few more mins add knorr let it cook more & serve with ugali & steamed cabbage
