Mix flour with baking powder and set aside.

In a separate bowl mix sugar, milk, eggs, butter and food color

Slowly add in flour a cup at a time and mix. You can use a wooden spoon to mix, make a slightly sticky dough. Cover with cling film and leave in the fridge for 30mins

Divide dough into two and roll out. Cut doughnuts and fry in oil till golden brown
