Steps

  1. 1

    Heat red oil add in Egusi and stir fry

  2. 2

    Add in water,stock fish,Maggie,salt and cry fish allow to cook for 20mins

  3. 3

    Add in bitter leaf and cook for 10 mins and serve with any swallow of your choice
