Take malai in pan and beat well with hand blender.

After coverting in thick position take water in this.It's kept in hand nicely now put the pan in gas flame in medium.

After few minutes it starts boiling and remove ghee.when it cooked nicely let it be cool,now take in bowl and seive all the ghee in a jar
- 4
You will get 250 gm ghee with this method.It's healthy for your family and baby too.
