Combine the measured ingredients: dissolve the sugar in the milk, then whisk in the flour. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Melt the butter and mix it into the batter.

Slice the fruit. Prepare a wide, shallow nonstick skillet and heat it over the stove. Do not add oil. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter into the hot pan and quickly swirl to coat the bottom evenly.

Cook for 2 minutes, then flip. Use a spatula to gently press the crepe against the pan. When fragrant and cooked, transfer to a plate and fold the crepe in half. Spread your choice of apple jelly, peanut butter, or Nutella lightly on the folded surface.

Next, place strawberries and banana slices in the center, fold both edges over, and top with chocolate syrup and whipped topping. Your delicious crepe cake is ready for kids to enjoy. You can add a few gummy candies on top to make it more fun for children.
