Ingredients

4 servings

1Continental Cucumber *about 300g
1/4 teaspoonSalt
4-5 leavesShiso *thinly sliced
1-2 teaspoonsSesame Oil
1/2-1Chilli *thinly sliced
1 pinchSugar

Steps

Cut Cucumber in quarter lengthways and cut diagonally. Or cut it as you like. Sprinkle Salt and massage, then set aside.

Add all other ingredients and mix to combine.
