Wash and soak cauliflower in turmeric water for 10 minutes. Wash and grate it.

Heat pan and add oil. Add cumin seeds. When cumin become golden then Onion, grated ginger, green chilies and saute for few seconds.Add chopped tomatoes and salt,cover and cook till tomato become soft.

Now add kasoori methi, turmeric and chilli powder and saute. Add garam masala and mix well.

Add cauliflower and boiled peas.Cook on low flame. Now add fresh coriander.

Serve hot.
