Steps

Mix all ingredients. Make a dough.make sure dough is not too hard or too soft.rest for 1/2 to 1 hour.

After resting,oil will separate. Knead the dough again with the separated oil & make a small ball. Roll in a thin roti. Spread oil all over it,. Spread maida on to it..make a tight roll & fold like a wheel.

Roll the wheel in 1/2 inch thickness & make holes on it.fry it in both side on low flame.

Serve with 🍋lemon. Squeeze lemon on it & eat. It's a perfect snacks in rainy day.

Add more or less white chilli powder & black pepper powder for Spiciness.
