100 gmdark chocolate compound
2 tspcream
1/2 tspbutter
1 cupmaida
2 tspoil
as neededOil for frying

Mix oil to maida and make a soft dough for samosa. Cover it and keep it aside.

Melt chocolate using double boiler and mix cream and butter to it. Stir it properly.

Keep it in a fridge for few hours.

Roll out a a patti from dough to make samosa. Fill chocolate mixture into it and seal it properly.

Deep fry it in hot oil.
