Steps

Start farfalle: Boil salted water. Cook pasta 2 min less than package instructions. When finished, pour through colander reserving cooking water.

Melt 1tbsp of butter or oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add leek and splash of wine/stock if using. Cook until leek is soft

Pour in heavy cream. Wait for sauce to reduce to desired consistency
- 4
Add peas, tarragon,and pasta along with 1/2 a cup of cooking water. This helps the sauce stick to the pasta. Add seasoning and parmesean if using. Cook until pasta is al dente and sauce is desired consistency.
