Peppered pork in a buttery wine sauce

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1/4 cupolive oil
  2. 2 tablespoonsfresh ground black pepper
  3. 1/3 cupChardonnay
  4. 1/2 stickbutter
  5. 1 teaspoonseasoned salt
  6. 1/4 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  7. 3/4 poundboneless pork loin

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the loin into 6 portions. Heat oil and pan fry pork loin.

  2. 2

    After 5 minutes turn and season with half the seasonings. turn once more and season the pork again. cook till done remove from pan

  3. 3

    Add butter and Chardonnay. Let it reduce stirring often.

  4. 4

    Pour over the pork and serve hope you enjoy!
