minced meat 1kilo
2 tablespoongarlic
2medium size grated onion
2 tablespoongrated attaruhu
green pepper
seasoning
2 tablespoonblack pepper
some flour
bread crumbs
1egg
parsley as much as you want(optional)

Steps

In your minced meat add garlic,parsley,seasoning,onion,attaruhu,black pepper,flour,egg and breadcrumbs.

Mix everything together.

Smash it on your turmi.

Shape it and put on your skewer

Dust with some flour

Add little oil on your frying pan

Fry 2mins. on each side
