In your minced meat add garlic,attarugu,black pepper, seasoning,sweetpepper,onion,flour,breadcrumbs and 1egg.

Mix everything

Smash it in turmi

Boil eggs

Peel egg and dust it with flour

Cover it with minced meat and dust with flour again

Heat oil on a pan

Put in the fridge and allow it set for about 30mins.

Dip scotch egg in a whisked eggs

Dip in to bread crumbs

Fry untill golden brown (fry two mins.on each side)
