Ingredients

  • Simple Rice Boil
  • Karhi.
  • GramFlour (basan) 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 500 Grams beating
  • 1/4 tspMeehti seed
  • Water 1 to 2 Liter as your require
  • Salt as your require
  • Red Chili Powder 1 & Half tsp
  • 1 tspHaldi powder
  • Onion 1 Normal Size
  • 4-5 clovesGarlic
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tspZeera powder
  • Curry Leaves 20 to 30
  • 1/2 cupOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Ek pan me oil dal kar meehti seed dal kar golden brown karein phir is me chopped onions and garlic dal kar bhoony aur phir basan dal kar bhoony.

  2. 2

    Jab basan roaste ho Jay to is me haldi powder, red chilli powder, salt,black pepper, zeera powder, beat yogurt aur pani dal kar pakein aur curry leaves dal dhain aur karhi thick hona per Pakoray dal kar pakain.

  3. 3

    Aur thick hona per flame off kar dun Aur Tarka laga dhain.
