Slice thin pieces of pumpkin.Smear little salt and set aside. Mix besan, cornflour and rice flour. Add baking soda,kalonji turmeric,chopped green chillies,1 tbsp warm oil. Sift all together.Add water to make a thick batter.Blend properly to get a smooth but thick consistency.Heat oil.Dip pumpkin pieces in batter and fry in low flame till well browned and crispy.
