Ingredients

  1. 3,1/2 cups flour
  2. 1/4 cupOil
  3. 1,1/2 cup water
  4. 1 tspBaking powder
  5. 1 tspSalt
  6. 1small onion
  7. 2 piecesScotch bonnet(attaruhu)
  8. 2 cubesMaggi

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve your flour in a bowl and add all the ingredients listed above,knead to make a dough.

    Mold in to balls.

    Deflate each ball using rolling pin.

    Fry both sides in oil,let it be golden brown.
