Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 csemolina
  • 1onion grated
  • 3 pcsgarlic grated
  • 2Scotch bonnet grated
  • Pinchbaking soda
  • 3/4 cYogurt
  • 1 tspblackpepper
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 cwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift semolina with and salt. In bowl, add all the ingredients together and beat well

    Cover and allow to rest for 2-5 mins

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a shape, wet your hands with water, scoop the batter and shape then fry till golden color

    Drain and serve warm with yogurt dip or even yaji
