  • 3 cupcorn meal
  • 1egg
  • 11/2 cupbutter milk
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 11/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients allow to sit for 10 minutes. Heat vegetable oil and scoop in the mixture fry till golden brown colour is achieve.
