Ingredients

  1. 2Potatoes
  2. 1/2 tspsalt
  3. Water for boiling
  4. 1/2 Cgram flour
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1/2 tspchicken powder
  8. Pinchbaking powder
  9. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  10. 1/2 tspwhite pepper
  11. 3-4green chillies chopped
  12. Oil for frying
  13. For sauce
  14. 1/4 Ccream
  15. 2 tbspmayonnaise
  16. 2 tbspyogurt
  17. 1/2 tspfinely crushed garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Cut potatoes in wedges with peel.

    Add 1/2 tsp salt in boiling water and boil potatoes for 4minutes.

    Remove the potatoes from boil and strain the water.

  4. 4

    In a bowl add gram flour and all the spices. Add small amount of water to make a paste.

  5. 5

    Dip wedges in the paste and set it aside on a plate.

  6. 6

    After coating all wedges freeze it for 2hours.

    Heat oil and fry the wedges on medium heat until golden brown.
