Steps

First take boiled potatoes and grate them.Then take paneer and crumbled it. In a bowl add potatoes and paneer then add green chilli,chat masala,and red chilli flakes.now in other bowl mix the schezwan sauce and Mayonnaise then add the mixture into potatoes mixture.add salt and give them a good mix.

Now take the bread piece and remove the edges.then roll them in thin slices with rolling pin and with the help of ring cutter or any steel katori cut the bread slices into circle shape.and cut all the circle pieces of bread into half.

In a bowl take 2 tsp maida and add some water to make a thick paste.now take half piece of bread put some potato mixture in it and take the other half and apply maida paste on the edges for sealed and put over on the half part.Prepare all the bread slices like this.

In a bowl take 3 tblsp maida add black pepper powder and some salt and make a thin batter with the help of water. Dip the bread pieces in this batter then coated with bread crumbs.

In a pan Heat the oil and deep fry all the pieces of bread till they becomes golden brown. Your crispy half Moon is ready.serve with sauce and green chutney.
