Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmaida
  2. 1 tbsprava
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 2-3 tbsp.Alfanzo pulp
  5. 2-3 tbspGhee
  6. 2 tbsprice flour
  7. 1/2 cupsugar
  8. as neededOil for fry
  9. as neededNuts and petals for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and chop alphenzo and make pulp.

    Now take maida in parat add rava salt ghee mix well. And Knead dough with alphanzo pulp.and keep it a side for 10mins.

    Now take sugar nadd water in same quantity and stir to make chashni.

    Mix rice flour and ghee mix properlyn make smooth mixture.

  5. 5

    Roll 2 thick puri from dough nspread rice flour mixture. Put one puri on another. Again spread mixture and make a roll. Cut from middle just press and again roll thick puri.

    Fry on midslow flame.deep in chashni. Take out in a plate garnish with chopped nuts. Yummy delicious Mango khaja is ready to serve.
