250 gmbrinjal (cut in slice)
3potato(cut in slice)
2chopped onion,tomato,green chilli
1 tspginger, garlic paste
1 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspBlack pepper
As neededoil and salt

Heat oil in kadahi add Onion and saute it then add tomato,green chilli and saute it

Then add ginger,garlic paste and all spice and mix it

Add brinjal and potato and cook it 5 mintue
